There is now no need to visit your GP to register your maternity care at either The Royal County Hospital, Brighton or The Princess Royal Hospital, Haywards Heath all you need to do is:

  • Go to My Pregnancy Matters www.mypregnancymatters.co.uk
  • Fill in the form and click send That’s it!
  • You are now able to contact your Community Midwife for your first booking appointment!

Physiotherapy Self-referral Form

Our Patients can now self-refer into a physiotherapy department at Queen Victoria Hospital, Princess Royal Hospital – Haywards Heath, Crawley Hospital or Horsham Hospital without seeing your GP first. You can self-refer yourself to physiotherapy through an online form or by picking up a paper referral form from the GP practice or physiotherapy department (Princess Royal Hospital is the closest to the Practice).
